I like to write as much as I like to talk!

However, when you become a property sponge like me (if your sad enough to do so) you will quickly realise there is a myriad of information out there in ''the ether'' most of it is someones opinion based on nothing more than a bad experience or someones mate down the pub has suddenly become an expert and needs to be heard. Either way most of it is scare mongering and ofno relevance to you or me.

What I do is trawl through it all and try to make sense of it, and from time-to-time there are fantastic articles that need to be read and on the other hand there are silly ones that need comment to keep you ''rest assured''.
